Tropical Trek Prepare to embark on a truly memorable island adventure at Tropical Trek VBS, where the excitement and learning never stop! This vibrant and engaging program is designed to immerse children in a world of exploration and discovery, all while instilling important values and lessons about faith. Throughout the week, children will have the opportunity to explore thrilling discoveries as they navigate through a variety of fun and interactive activities. Each day will be filled with exciting games, creative crafts, and dynamic storytelling that will capture their imaginations. As they journey through the tropical landscape of our theme, they will learn to trust God in every circumstance, reinforcing the idea that faith can guide them through life's challenges and adventures. We are thrilled to welcome you and your children from Tuesday, May 26th, to Friday, May 29th. Each day promises to be packed with engaging experiences that will not only entertain but also educate. Our dedicated team of volunteers and leaders are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can grow in their understanding of God's love and purpose for their lives. As the week comes to a close, we invite you to join us for a special closing celebration on Sunday, May 31st. This event will feature a delicious BBQ meal, offering a wonderful opportunity for families to come together, share stories of the week’s adventures, and celebrate the friendships formed during Tropical Trek. We encourage everyone to participate in this festive gathering, as it will be a time of joy, laughter, and community. The Spaghetti Supper to raise funds for St. Paul Lutheran Preschool will be Tuesday, March 10 from 5:00-7:00. The Preschool Board would like to ask the congregation for their help. Sign-up sheets for donations and workers will be placed in the narthex. Please sign up to help with the supper, donate food items, or donate items for the silent auction. Please have donations to the church fellowship hall by March 9th. If anyone is not able to attend the supper and would like to make a donation, please contact one of the board members. We need and appreciate everything you do in support of this special ministry to the preschool children and their families. PIE IN THE FACE Everyone is invited to stop by the Narthex and donate in the container for whom they want to win (or have a pie in the face, depending on how you look at it). Candidates are Pastor Paul, Pastor Matthew, Ethan Schuette, Maria Pfizenmaier, Kristi Davis, & Kristi Hager. Donations will be accepted now through Sunday, December 14th. The member with the most donations will be announced just before the Christmas Program at 6:00 PM on Sunday, December 14th - and yes, they’ll seal the deal with a pie in the face! All funds raised will support the New Building Fund! Come, join the fun and support a great cause!
